“Shout with joy to the LORD, all the earth!
Worship the Lord with gladness.
Come before him, singing with joy.
Acknowledge that the LORD is God!
He made us, and we are his.
We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving;
go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good.
His unfailing love continues forever,
And his faithfulness continues to each generation.”

This Psalm speaks so many things about worship. It’s a response to how amazing God is! He made us; we are his; he is our shepherd; his love is unfailing; he is faithful forever. As the worship leader for The Road Church, my heart’s desire is for people to connect with God through the music we sing, remember all that he has
done for us, and PRAISE his name.

God created us to worship him. Singing and enjoying music is just one aspect of worship, but I believe it’s a powerful way to connect our hearts to God’s heart. For me personally, music lets down my walls. It opens up the door to experience God’s presence in a unique way, and being able to do that corporately with my brothers and sisters in Christ is even more powerful. We all are called worship. I look forward to joining with you to give glory and honor and thanks to our Lord Jesus.
